At the Rise and Shine Adult Family Home LLC It is our mission to provide a comfortable and safe warm home like environment for our residents, providing compassionate personalized care encouraging resident independence. We have Christian based values. The home is located on a park like property with spectacular Mt. Rainier views. The security of knowing that Good Samaritan Hospital is just minutes away is another attribute of this home location in the city of Puyallup. This is private pay only facility.

Our mother lived here for almost four years. We were very pleased with her care and took comfort knowing she was well cared for when we weren't there. The home is very clean and the excellent meals are prepared with vegetables from their own garden. You could feel that the staff actually cared about each resident. At the end of our mother's life they simply went over and beyond what we expected in keeping her comfortable. We personally believe there isn't a better place in Pierce County (and maybe the whole state of Washington!).

My mother lived at this home for two years and I was very pleased with the high level of care she received during her time there. She was well cared for and loved by the owner and staff. Also, they provided delicious home cooked meals and the facility was always sparkling clean. I highly recommend this Adult Family Home for your loved one.

Yelena has a true gift of caring for elders and shows love and compassion for the residents. In addition Yelena is an amazing cook with extra special varieties of soups that are very delicious.
